We are now looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented appointment setter to help us expand our customer base through effective cold calls.

About the role of Appointment Setter: As an Appointment Setter at Entergate, you will be a crucial part of our sales team. Your main task will be to proactively identify and engage potential new customers via phone. You will book meetings that our salespeople use to present our innovative solutions. You will also:

• Generate leads and book meetings through cold calls.
• Manage and update our customer database with relevant information.
• Work towards clear goals to maximize the number of quality meetings.
• Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss strategies and improvements.

Who are you?

As an Appointment Setter, you are an essential link between potential customers and our company. We are looking for someone who has a natural ability to communicate and persuade over the phone. You are:

• Experienced in cold calling or similar sales roles.
• Excellent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Driven and results-oriented with a strong ability to work towards set goals.
• Skilled at organizing and prioritizing your work in a dynamic environment.

Requirements for the position:

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in telemarketing or cold calling is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build relationships over the phone.
